Alexander joined HKV in 2025. He is a member of the Corporate/M&A team and primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, including private equity and venture capital transactions. In addition, he specialises in intellectual property law, IT law, real estate law, and competition law, particularly in connection with transactions and concentrations.

Prior to joining HKV, Alexander provided legal advice in the areas of commercial and corporate law and was involved in the preparation and implementation of various corporate and transactional projects. During his practice, he gained experience in complex contractual matters, transaction structures, and legal advisory services for investors (VC/PE funds), startups, and technology companies, as well as clients operating in the real estate sector.

His professional experience also includes work in Brussels, where he worked at the European Parliament and at a boutique public affairs agency, focusing on advisory services in the areas of financial services and digitalisation.
