Richard has been a member of the HKV team since February 2024. He joined our office driven by his interest in M&A, financial law, and commercial law, which captivated him during his studies at the Faculty of Law at Comenius University.

Within the HKV team, Richard focuses on corporate law, contract matters, regulatory and land law. He is regularly part of teams in legal due diligence for corporate transactions.
