Matej has been a member of the HKV team since 2022. He joined our firm with experience from the advocacy environment. He decided to join HKV based on his participation in the M&A Clinic run by our firm at Faculty of Law of the Comenius University, as this is the area of law he wants to pursue after graduation.

As part of HKV’s team, Matej specializes in traditional M&A, corporate and contract law. He is actively involved in various parts of transactions, including due diligence as well as in energy projects.
