Andrea has been part of HKV since June 2006, specializing in contract law, corporate law, real estate law, and employment & immigration law. She provides strategic legal advice to international clients operating subsidiaries in Slovakia and regularly supports them with internal reorganizations. In real estate law, Andrea focuses primarily on lease agreements and client representation in negotiations. She also advises on a wide range of contractual and employment matters and is actively involved in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, lease arrangements, and real estate transactions. Her clients include both domestic businesses and leading international companies, including major players in the real estate and IT sector.

Before joining HKV, Andrea spent over 10 years with the reputable Slovak law firm, where she advanced from junior associate to partner. During this time, she advised international companies across industries such as real estate, energy, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and retail.
