Romana has been a member of HKV team since 2022. Before joining our team, she gained experience in a Slovak branch of an international law firm, as well as in a local law firm, focused on providing legal and tax services.

 As part of the HKV team, Romana specializes in traditional M&A, corporate law and general contract law. In the future, she would like to specialize in the areas of IT law and personal data protection.
